Clicking problems when ingame

I have been having a problem with games on my vomputer. In windowed and fullscreen, whenever clicking my taskbars seems to constantly show my game restarting, my screen sometimes flashes black and my mouse occasionally teleports. I have tried to reinstall and update my drivers but it still persisted. My graphics card is AMD Radeon R7 M260DX. Note: This only happens in game, not on anything else (browsers and other programmes are fine). Any help would be appreciated
