GA-Z77M-D3H, Problem

Hi Guys,

I have a problem in my computer that i believe is the motherboard, the problem is, my pc turn on, all the fans are spinning, but with no beeping sounds, no monitor signal, and no mouse and keyboard lights.

 

A few days ago, my pc was having some problems with the bios, it was resetting itself everytime i turn on the pc, and then i decided to change the battery of the bios,then tried to turn on the computer again, and after all that, i'm stuck with the main problem up there.

 

I tried to to change the battery again, with no changes, checked if everything was working in my brother's pc, but wasn't able to check the cpu and memorys, because the mobo doesn't support it.
I tried to remove all the memory from my pc and then boot up to see if there's any beeping sounds, but nothing changed at all. I tried to reset the bios too, but no changes.

Just for information, my pc has a little overclock on the cpu and memory.
