Need help windows 8.1

I recently got a big infection and managed to clean it successfully. Here is the topic so as to have a complete picture of what happened.

So I noticed today that even if task scheduler is active all folders, most of them- system associated- are empty. The "task scheduler" service and all its dependencies options are greyed out.

Any one who knows how to rebuild task scheduler??????
