Something wrong with the screen ?

Basically the problem is attached in the video below , kinda hard to explain with it seeing it , ignore the noise , room fans are on max blowing at me .

The screen randomly has weird lines on it and the display area get slashed in half .. After switching it off and back on the screen jumps back to normal . 

Anybody has any ideas why this happens ?

Sony lcd tv 

asus x99 deluxe+ 5930k 

16gb ram 

fury x 

1ssd, 3 normal hdd(s)

corsair rm850 

windows 10(upgrade from win 7 )
