Budget?

 

Don't need a Z97 with a locked CPU, and that PSU is not really that good.

I'd just wanna play games the Pc im using is pretty trash it only runs 20 fps on gta5 also know i already have the motherboard :( my friend gave it to me as brand new so i'm stuck with it. Yes i have more ram laying around but thats the ones i bought just in case.
