Mini freezes - Weird problem

Hi guys, got something wrong going on here and I think I could use some help of someone here who understands about this better than me.

So the problem is that every 8 minutes the image (while gaming/watching videos/whatever) freezes and I hear a "errrrr" sound coming. It happens only for not even half a second.. And after happening that time it lasts 8mins again without doing it.. But then, it happens again.. 

Does anybody every experienced something crazy like this? What could it be? It's really weird since it's like exact 8 minutes in between the "mini" crashes/freezes.
