Why u want upgrade?it's that problem noise ?

                                                       - 1TB WD BLUE HDD Hard Disk & Samsung 320GB HDD(7200RPM)

                                                                            - CPU COOLER: Stock Cooler(AMD)

then go for NH-D15 and remove the fans lol

You should remove your fan clean 100% and Get better Thermal..paste in your CPU..and build the CPU cooler..then u will get 100% silent

No. If you want to upgrade, change fans, get bigger heatsink or go for water cooling. There's absolutely no reason to go for another version of SAME cooler. Improvements are minor and you can achieve same with better fans. Or better thermal paste.
