Hyper 212X Ram Clearance Issue?

I'm thinking of using a gskill ram with tall heat spreaders. I'm just curious if there would be an issue with the 212x's clearance if I use 4 of them

It depends on the orientation of your CPU cooler and how close the RAM is to the CPU socket on your motherboard of choice.

The motherboard I chose is an ASRock Z97M Anniversary. The CPU cooler would be horizontal. I'm not sure about how close the ram is to the cpu tho

You'll probably have clearance issues, so I'd recommend getting low profile RAM, you won't see any performance difference.
