Positive is good. I use 2 fans for intake and 1 fan for exhaust

oh yea i also have a fan slot right above my hard drives. do you think i should have air being pushed to the hard drives or have it exhausting from it? or do you think thats just extra turbulence i dont need

whatever you do make sure there is a clear pathway for air like front intake and rear exhaust and dont have intake and exhaust fans in the front and back as that really messes up air flow

Im a bit confused as to how that case is buildt but....

Why not just do it simple : 2 intake fans in the front(where hdd cage is) and 1 exhaust on the back where your io shield is (if thats possible?)
And also if the side panel has a fan intake thats good i guess.

there really isnt a big thing to worry about with fans i found. just have more intake than exhaust and you are usualy fine.

so there is supposively 2 fan slots on the bottom of the case. the one towards the front is somewhat hard to get to unless i tear apart the case. the one on top of the hdd cage is only able to intake or exhaust the air laying down but ive seen some people mod it to where they are able to intake air but im guessing thats a mod. there 1 fan slot in the rear next to the i/o shield and theres 2 on top. i was gonna use the top 2 and bottom 1 as intake and the rear next to i/o as an exhaust but im not too sure how well that would work considering that the fan next to the i/o shield is right below the 2 fans on the top
