System reserved memory increased.

Hey,

My laptop has become mean and started to reserve 1.1 GB for an unknown reason.

 

I have tried everything with MSCONFIG

tried increasing usable memory, un checking usable memory box.

The problem is with setting because when I boot into Linux it shows 3.99GB. Earlier in windows it was showing 3.XX Gb also but now it has become 2.9GB.
