As the title says, I have a drive plugged in via SATA cable and isn't being recognized by Window's Disk Management or Seagate's SeaTools. However, the drive does show up in the BIOS. I will mention that using a SATA/IDE to USB kit, the drive does show up. Would this imply the issue is my in-case SATA cable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Nevermind, it turned out to be a faulty SATA cable
