Motherboar and CPU for ~$200

I am looking for a motherboard and cpu that are about $200 i currently hav a EVGA GTX 950 ssc acx 2.0 graphics card, an intel core 2 quad q6600, and 8gb of ddr3 ram. Also i am looking for a quad core from intel if possible.

Get an i5 and a asus M-ATX Mobo can't go wrong with that combo. But if that's the deadset budget go for an i3 and an asus M-ATX board.

Bit over budget but would be the best option. I originally posted get an i5 untill remembered they were expensive.
