So, this is going to be my first PC build. If you could give me suggestions I would appreciate it. I've been researching the parts and changing parts. My part list is on PCPartPicker. Please do not say I am poor but I have a budget of $1,200-$1,300. This is supposed to be a gaming build so I can play games like: CS, Battlefield, battlefront, GTA 5, Crysis 3, and other games like that. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wxy7kL

I'd say get a 380 over 960 (slightly better performance, no memory bottleneck)

and Ducky Shine 4 over Razer (much better build quality, real cherry switches)

This will work a bit nicer, but if you're already set on what you want it will work fine. I would just say ditch the water cooler unless you're overclocking a lot and spend the extra money on a better graphics card and PSU.
