GTX 950 it is EVGA. It wont have a Nvidia reference cooler because there is not one available.

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Cooling-Graphics-02G-P4-2951-KR/dp/B013WQCC8Q

GTX 960 2GB $211. It has a blower style cooler (Nvidia reference coolers are blower style cards)

http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-GTX-960-2GD5/dp/B00SAYDRKS

But if you are going for the gtx 960, just get R9 380, cheaper and will perform a better but it is upto you. I like AMD so I went with the R9

You probably misunderstood that you need / can buy separate cooler to your GPU as with CPU with its custom cooler.

I think that is what happened

Video cards today will come with the cooler attached, you just need to find one with the reference cooler if that's what you want. You do not and probably cannot buy a reference cooler separately.

There are aftermarket coolers you can buy for cards, but they tend to be very exotic and difficult to find. Even third-party cooled cards (such as the MSI card linked above) come with the cooler.

Well actually it is 180$. I did not see the $20 rebate. And 4gb will be useful in future proofing and adding textures. In gaming or with mods
