Recently i got a 980 for my birth day, and it seems like it is not reaching what it was expected to be. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487079 This is the one i got. It seems like i wasnt the only one that seems to have problems and people who done the RMA didnt get anything fixed. BF4 i get 50-60 fps on ultra which i should not, since i got even more on my 660. Should i OC my gpu? Or if anyone had problems like this before, i would like to know what you've done. My cpu also is a i7-2600k 4.5 ghz, i get 41 and down on arma 3 same with A2OA. It would also crash alot since but i fixed that by doing a clean install on nvidia drivers.

Make sure V-Sync is off. Make sure that your computer is configured properly in the BIOS/UEFI, make sure you get the latest drivers from Nvidia website. When you install the drivers, click on "Advanced", and check the box for a clean install, and uncheck everything except graphics card, audio, and PhysX drivers. You may need to restart your computer during the install process, it will resume automatically.  If that doesn't help, then repeat the process with older drivers.
