I'd buy a new PSU. Wattage is enough but the quality is a bit sketch

A R9 380 needs around 150W and another 120W for the rest of the system. You will be using 250-300W under max load. If the connectors are there try but if it's not stable buy a new PSU. Make sure the PSU stays cool
