Fallout 4 Mods stopped working??

Hi guys,

 

I'm using mod manager, with the latest fallout patch 1.4 something something.

 

I've edited the files

 

FalloutCustom.ini

FalloutPrefs.ini

as I should for the mods to work correctly.

 

 

FalloutCustom.ini:

[Display]
iLocation X=0
iLocation Y=0

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
 

 

FalloutPrefs.ini:

[Launcher]
uLastAspectRatio=1
bEnableFileSelection=1

 

 

I changed the graphics, and now my mods don't work... (None of them)

I can the that the only file that has been modified is the Fallout4.ini, but how does it have anything to do with modding? :/

What changed, and how do I make it possible so that I can change graphics settings without mods not working?
