Budget New PC

So, i'm going super budget on this one. Gonna re-use my i3 4170, and my motherboard which will save me around 150 bucks. Probably going to buy a 750 ti, as it never really moves around in price too much, and it is pretty good performance for the price. Possibly a 950, not so sure, can't seem to find one for that $100 price point. Ram right now is only 4 gb, and going to need to upgrade to an 8gb kit, anything under 28 bucks possibly? PSU is gonna be something cheap and hopefully reliable for around 15 bucks. And my friend is going to hook me up with an NZXT S340 for 30 bucks. Any thoughts?...

For the PSU try and get at least an EVGA 430B. The rest of the build looks good to me (was actually pretty much my first build).
