MSI R9 380 Performance Issues

Even i am facing same problem but its only when i change any setting in specific games like call of duty blacks ops 3 and advance warfare and when i am trying to play these games on auto setting or medium there is no lag in the game but if i make changes on setting it lags prior the same game use to work even on high or ultra setting with out any issues i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and its on same drive and issues started.Games like crisis works like a charm and even battle field was working fine and later same game started giving issue and at my friends place it worked fine and he dose not have a graphic card as well and he has just 4 gb ram and normal HDD.

But with the old drivers which came with graphic card i found all games working with out a problem should i change the drivers i tried to uninstall the drivers was not able to do so as well.

Can some one help me why is this happening and its a new system about 2 months old.And issues recently started.Can it be due to over heating issues.

AMD A10 7850k,Gigabyte a88x sniper series motherboard ,4x2 gb g-skills ripjaw ram @1666 mhz, 256gb SSD Samsung 750evo, 1tb wd blue hdd, Sapphire Nitro 4gb graphic card Over clocked edition, Stock cooler with 4 cabinet fans,Corsair VS550 watt.
