Memory not working properly

I have 16 GB of RAM.

My BIOS detects all of it. Windows detects all of it. All programs that show stuff like that detect all of it.

Yet, when I get around 48% - 49% I get a warning, that almost all RAM is used and I should close some programs.

If I don´t, and it reaches 50% I get a Blue-screen.

Help.

What memory's brand do you have? Could you please list the whole specs?

ensure you dont have anything dedicated to use ram as a hard drive. seems like thats whats going on.

Wouldn't I have to put in effort to end up having RAM as hard drive?

I never played around with RAMDISK or stuff like that, so I guess it's unlikely.

Tell me how, and I'm going to check it.

If you do not mind affecting performance, try lowering the memory's frequency to 1333Mhz through your bios if possible.

Well that's interesting.

It says I´m running Dual Channel.

Changing memory frequency to 1333 Mhz didn't change a thing, unfortunately.
