Should i wait for the Broadwell-E or go with X99

Depends on if you are willing to wait. If you need to start whatever you need to do as soon as possible then I say go with Haswell-E. The performance jump that Skylake-E will offer probably won't be massive. Although now that I've said that it will probably be miles ahead of Haswell-E... Basically, it depends on what you will be using it for.

I think next enthusiast platform will be called Broadwell-E and will be compatible with X99. So but now X99 and upgrade later if you need it

I will using it (also this is my first pc) for 70% gaming and the rest for creating content (video rendering and those kind of things)

Go with an X99 and 5820k and that should serve you beyond wonderfully.
