hey ladies and gents VERY new to the building side of things so learning as i go is the current method. The purpose for this machine is mainly for gaming purposes as i have decided to get back into the PC side of things after few years on the console side of it all, it will also be getting used as the family computer by other members how ever this is mainly for things such as eBay, youtube, kids home work etc day to day stuff really !

Budget isn't too much of a problem  as this is getting built over a few months mainly for maybe midsummer-start of winter for the sake of a time window, also i am from england , so currency is GBP not USD if the budget seems off at some point to anybody,

All peripherals are already owned and i am running / will be running on one monitor at 1080. storage will be getting transferred over Also.

Case : Phanteks Enthoo Luxe £129

Cooling : Corsair H100 v2 £95   ( will more fans be need to be purchase and use the rad as a exhaust maybe? stock fans are coming with the case above im aware these may need to be upgraded though,)

CPU : i7 4790k (this and mother board come as a bundle for £425) or would 6700k be better ?

GPU :  Asus Geforce GTX 980Ti £620 i have been told to try and buy this last since building over a extended time price drops may occur.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 3

PSU:  Corsair C750M 750W £95

Memory : Aiming for two 8gb Sticks to make 16gb would this be considered over kill for the use? my thinking is to "future proof" a little bit in terms of game demands in the coming years.

Sorry if this all comes across a bit rough and patchy in terms of information things will be added once i am properly informed and research has been done, how ever that is also the hope of this post for help the case is purchased nothing else has been yet so open to critisim / help / guidance.

Budget wise i am hoping for around 800-1000 mark at most running over/ under may occur though knowing my luck and terrible maths :).

thanks for taking the time to read this anyways all!.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($254.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake NiC C5 99.1 CFM CPU Cooler  ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($222.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($87.98 @ Newegg)

stick with these for future proofing.

Processor OC to 4.7 memory to 3200

cooler keeps the Processor at 50c under full load with the overclock. the rest is up to you in terms of video cards. but theres a 600 dollars approx gaming PC for you without the video card.

edit: no point in spending the extra money for the I7 its proven to be overkill for gaming machines.

If you agree with my advice/Recommendation please give me a thumbs up. Thank you

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor OC @4.7ghz CPU Cooler: Thermaltake NiC C5 Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory OC @3200 Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Thanks for the heads up never overclocked a PC before because well i have hardly had the need to with it being very "social" use since games was done on the PC.

EDIT :  so here is where i am currently at http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/7jyNf7 little bit over budget at the max end but these things happen i guess bit of shopping round etc may find a gem here and there
