Upgrading RAM

So when i bought pc parts ive gotten myself 8gb of ram but i multitask like hard and im always getting lagg and my ram is like 90-95% in use and i want to add another 4gb of ram and i have a question when i put a additional 4gb of ram do i just put it in and thats it or do i have to install something else etc etc (ps. i didnt build the pc :P)

You would just pop in the ram stick to an open slot and that would be it, very simple!

Just make sure they are the same if you want the best performance..
