I know the game came out like yesterday but I intended to do hero mode + ganondorf amiibo playthorught. I'm now in the jail cell just after becoming wolf link for the first time and I can't figure how to activate ganondorf amiibo? Do I have to wait until later or am I just stupid?

Well the game tells me, when I scan the ganondorf amiibo at the main menu, that I need to use it the collection screen.Which I tried doing, but nothing happened.

Have you tried taking damage to see if it worked but didn't tell you?

Nevermind y'all, the games litterally tells you when you can scan amiibo's,

Just after you turn back to human form the first time

Your hearths also turn blue when Ganondorf's amiibo has been activated, so you know you got when you do

I want to state here that the game looks incredible. I'm blown away. Like, with Wind Waker HD they just upscaled the résolutions of textures and went all out with the bloom, which I hated This game do... WOW. I feel like I'm playing on my PC( not really, frames drops to like 20 sometimes, but being my favorite third favorite game of all time I don't really care). The only thing I felt needed to be removed are all the fucking cutscens you get when you enter a dungeon room. Like, why even bother showing me that there is 5 doors for like 30 seconds? I HAVE EYES U KNOW.

 

So yeah, get it with the amiibo if you can, I just went all out with a 6h30 playing session.
