Low 3dMark Scores

Im getting scores around 5000 and above is there something wrong with my GTX 970?

CHeck Nvidia panel, make sure vsync is disabled

Yep, assuming it's not Extreme or Ultra instead of the regular one.

Why are those two results with different drivers and memory speed?

I installed new drivers to see if it would change. It did for 1 score. But im not sure about the memory clock.

The 5k score looks like the card isn't doing much through it.  Download GPUz, and open the sensors tab and run it again.  Take a screenshot of the sensors tab right after you run firestrike and post it here.

The 12k graphics score is kinda low / average, about what I'd expect with stock clocks.
