Upgrade suggestions

Cpu - intel core i5 760 overclocked to 3.8ghz

Mobo - Gigabyte p55a-ud3 

Ram - 4gb 2x2gb

Psu - cooler master 450 watt

Gpu - Nvidia gts 250 1gb

Case - Cooler master 690 III (stock fans)

Hdd - Wd green 1.5 Tb, 500gb Seagate

Cpu cooler - cooler master hyper 212 evo 

Any suggestions for what I should upgrade next looking to spend under 600 (Australia dollars). I play games like planet side 2, insurgency.

In planet side 2 in areas with lot of fighting frame rate sometimes dips below 30fps. I am looking to get into more intensive games like arma III in the near future.

Which Coolor Master PSU is that?

 

You'll want a 970 or 390 at least.

Also, an SSD would be a good addition.

Its a cheap cooler master Psu I will probably have to upgrade it because it only has one 6 pin connector for the Gpu.

Will a ram upgrade be necessary?
