Is anything overclocked?

It looks to me like it got really moist and warm in there and some mold started growing

What are your parts, is anything overclocked and when was the last time you upgraded your drivers?

I´m playing in a ultra wide screen,Pro:AMD FX 6300 six core,RAM:16 2x8,GPU:GeForce GTX 750Ti,OS:windows 10 (64bits),PSU:EVGA 500W

I wonder if it really is related to the GPU then if it's only occurring under certain loads.
