Homegroup HELP

Hey first time I have used Homegroup and it doesn't work...:(

I have 2 PC's a TV and a Laptop that I would like to have connect.

I set up Homegroup on my main computer and from what I can tell its working, I then tried joining the homegroup from the 2nd PC but on the Homegroup section there is no option to join stil says "There is currently no homegroup on your network". and the only option is to create one. My tv though (Samsung JS8500) does pick it up and I can join (without putting in a password) but it only shows the Pictures, Music, Videos folders for some reason. I havn't bothered trying the laptop yet :D

The 2 PC's are running Windows 10 and both of them as well as the TV are connected by ethernet cabel to the same router

Or is there another option that I can use other than Homegoup so I can access files from my other devices.
