Wireless adapter settings

I need some urgent help with setting up my Wireless access point.
For some reason I can't go on the ip address to change the settings.
I can connect through it and go on the internet, but not the configuration.

 

When I enter the ip it say's access denied.

I have a DWL-G700AP, an old model.

Am I forgetting something? I put my firewall down but that didn't help much either
