I'm building a gaming pc and these are the parts that I have already bought:

GPU: GAINWARD GeForce GTX 950

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P

RAM: Kingston 8GB 1600MHz DDR3L

HDD: Seagate Samsung ST500LM012 500GB

Case: NaviaTec 921G ATX Tower

Power Supply: 420W AKYGA AK-B1-420 Basic

Operating system: Windows 10

I can't decide on the CPU. It's either AMD FX 6300 or FX 8320. I was looking at some gaming benchmarks on Youtube and seems like FX 6300 is a better choice but that confuses me because AMD FX 8320 has 8 core and AMD FX 6300 has 6 cores. They have the same clock speed but FX 6300 has 0.1 GHz more turbo frequency, I don't really know what that means but I think that It's not that big of a deal. I want to buy a better CPU just because I'm not looking to upgrade anything pretty soon which means I want it to be as future-proof as possible. I'm looking for pure gaming performance in the latest games such as GTA V, Rocket League, Planetside 2..., and the games that will come out in the future. I know that games in the future will suck up more cores than they do now so I want my CPU to be able to handle those games. I'm not looking to overclock anything. Can someone please tell me which CPU I should buy because I really don't know any why I should buy it. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

P.S. Would I be able to plug everything up with this power supply?

your mobo you picked will not support the high tdp of the FX8320

you can look at the FX8320e

also if possible return the  PSU and ask or buy a better unit from EVGA Seasonic

I have a slightly better PC and I would say neither mine or yours is going to run games at high settings. Well I don't play games that requires high-end build to run, but after your specs, I would say you are running medium+-low settings on games such as Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Team Fortress and so on.

I doubt you can freely render with your PC tho.

I also recommend 500W or higher on your PSU

Good luck!
