It is super close between the Alienware and the AORUS. Solely based on performance, I'd go with the AORUS.

Cooling efficiently is important.

all of them are overkill for CompSci - so just choose re gaming IMHO.

from a purely compsci perspective, a chromebook or other long-battery life system is enough; dual-core, 16GB memory is enough for coding and development, even in a ISO-Virtual Machine environment hosted locally.

Ugh! Alienware is absolutely disgusting! No bang for buck value! Such shitty performance! Completely overpriced just because of their brand! Definitely out of the ones listed, Aorus wins! (Or get the New Razer Blade 2016)
