Administrator permission

right click the shortcut and go to properties, compatibility, select 'run this program as administrator'

close out of that and run the program

it should ask for the password

Computer has two users. First one is "Administrator" and other one "Standard". Standard user uses program which often requires updates, to do that you need to enter administrator password. My question is how to update that program whichout requering admin password on stantard user?

You could promote that user to an admin if that's not an issue. The alternative is doing some tricky task scheduler stuff which may or may not work in this situation.
