Screen affects internet speed ??

I have an issue that I can't explain or find an answer to.

My internet speed seems to increase between 35 to 100 % when I turn my screen off.

 

I have 2 pc's 1 monitor. (1 old one I rarely use)

Both of them have the same issue, both run windows, 1 runs 7 the other 10.

Doesn't matter if I use wifi or cable

Both have the same issue

Samsung S22D300HY is the screen used.
