Macbook Pro OSX Installation problems..

Oh god please help me.

 

I've been trying to reinstall the operating system (yosemite) on a 2010 macbook pro for about 7 hours now, and nothing.

 

It was on a white screen with an apple logo, and installation bar about half way and the Macbook died. Turned it back on and Its stuck in the same spot where it was when it died. 

 

I've tried everything I could find- any keyboard boot keys to hold don't work- they all go directly to that same screen with no differences.

 

 

I know my PC stuff, but apple kicks me in the ass.
