Rad/Fan Setup?

Hey guys!

You may have noticed I recently posted a thread asking for case recommendations, and I've pretty much narrowed it down to two for my new build. Either the Phanteks Luxe or Phanteks Evolv. Though before even thinking more into which one I'd want, I had a few general questions. Also feel free to give input with those cases if you'd like!

First off, I know the Luxe for example has a 200mm fan included in the front. Though is it better to have 2 140? 3 120's? What's the best thing to do in this situation? Even with the Evolv too for example, I believe it has 2 140s in the front, but is it better to do 3 120s instead?

Next up is a little bit more complicated (Well..to me at least)..

I plan to have an AIO CPU Cooler that has a 280mm rad (Probably the Kraken x61, unless I find a better one). I'm assuming the top would be the best place to put this and as an exhaust. Though I also plan to include one, but possibly two 980 Ti Hybrids. How/Where would be the best place to mount the rads for this? I could probably put one in the back as an exhaust, at least I think an exhaust would be best, but if I happen to get two, where would be a good spot to put the other? I know there is a lot of rad space in those cases, but I'm drawing a blank here!
