I see you dont plan to overclock. Other than that the system looks fine by me! Try to see if you can get a better cooler.

You can get a 7950 for very cheap instead of the 770. And I guess you don't want to overclock? Because I would rather get the 4770k

Why 770? the 7970 is pretty much the same performance, has more vram, and is much cheaper.

What country?

HT does little to nothing for games.

For heavy games like crysis 3 / GTA V / BF4 and like this and in the futre you need more the 4770.

Again, no. A 4670k at 4.5 ghz would be better and cheaper for gaming.

Why do you come on this website to ask for help and advices, when you don't listen to what people are saying? First off, don't get a non-K processor, it's ridiculous to limit yourself like that for a few dollars saved. If you want the budget option, go AMD. You want the 4770 but yet you have absolutely no use for it, you won't use it to its full extent and I bet that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. You are given good advices, use them wisely ..

Why? Because it's better in performance and you can spend your money elsewhere.

I doubt money is not an issue--I don't see 4 Titans and a 4960X
