BSOD Win10

so recently i have been playing allot more games but i have been getting the BSOD whenever i use java do you know anyway of fixing this or what might be causing the problem i cant find any error reports or anything other then  IRQL_NO_LESS_OR_EQUAL i have not hit the problem with anything other then java

That's 99% of the time a driver problem.  What does event viewer say?
