So my first problem was that it couldn't find the file I had named 'Tonga_UEFI.ROM', so I changed to '0_NEW.ROM'. After that, it recognized the vBIOS, and then proceeded to try and flash, only to tell me that it couldn't find the adapter (in other words it can't find my 380). Here (picture of a picture since OneDrive is being dumb):

What gives? I'm trying to flash the UEFI BIOS in place of the legacy and the legacy in place of the UEFI, so the switch lights up when it's UEFI not legacy. Any ideas?

I've used this drive before to flash my 290 so I know it works.
