there are a few iphone programs that are 99cents that might be worth a look as well

want to get them off the phone really, not the most accurate thing when it comes to selecting small parts of a video

Works fine on windows 10 home 64 bit.

My friend, simply type in google. free Windows movie maker alternative. And u will get enough of free good quality video editing utilities. 

Getting old is wonderful, when you consider the alternative.
