I would like to know if changing my 2 stock SP120L Fans on my H100i to 2 of the Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM Fan would have a large/noticeable effect on cooling.

Maybe a tiny tiny bit.

The idea is having air flow over the fins of the rad, not necessarily how much airflow..unless were talking about 800rpm fans vs. 4000rpm

I guess not much, but at full fan speed it would be like 5`C difference or more
