Kosta-Nedeljkovic

Hey guys is there  a way to revive a stuck pixel( it is green)

And does it reduce the value of a laptop?

The first question would be, is it dead or stuck: if it's stuck it would show a random colour but if it's dead it would show a solid white for tn panels or a solid black. If it's actually dead your best option would be to send it back to the manufacture but if it's stuck then there are a couple of ways to fix it .

You'd need to leave it on so that it is shown on the monitor.

I don't know if it'll do anything since your pixel seems to be stuck. If you want to try you have to leave it in front because the flashing colors may help reviving the pixel.

You have to keep it on display haha, how else would it change the pixel?

I don't think you can revive one of these unfotunately, and it can decrease the value of the laptop, but not by much.
