Hi,

is there only 1 fan connector on the gigabyte H110M-A micro atx? Cause I have two fans that came with the case

They still go for very cheap.

 

If you need more than 2 fans you could get the 4 port version of the item above.

Extra connectors from your Power Supply, you don't have to use all of them...
