Spotify for Linux not working

Go to solution Solved by steezemageeze,

Nevermind. I figured out that there were some things I needed to install via the Spotify Repository, which I found while browsing the Ubuntu Software Center.

I've been playing around with Ubuntu on my old laptop, and I currently have Unity and KDE installed. I'm trying to get Spotify to work, but when I launch it in Kubuntu, I get an error that saying that it "failed to load the skin". When I try to launch it via Ubuntu Unity, I can get to the login page, but when I click "Login with Facebook", it sends me to Firefox, which gives me an error saying that it can't communicate with the Spotify app. Help?
