Don't forget you have to specify your file sources. In your Videos Menu, there should be a "add more" or "get videos", or something like that. Click that, specify the folder where you keep your TV shows (in your case, click Browse to E:\\TV Shows). In the next screen, specify that that folder has TV Shows (as opposed to Movies, etc), then specify the information service (recommend installing some of these, like IMDB, TVDB, AnimeNewsNetwork, etc, you can find them, usually, in the Kodi Addons Repository). Give the Folder a name on Kodi and you're set to go.

I would then say, update your library, or shutdown KODI and turn it on again, and your "TV Shows" folder should be set up as a source for TV Shows.
