Disappearing storage

Okay guys, I have 3 storage drives:

  • A 120GB SSD for the boot drive,
  • A 2TB HDD for storage,
  • And a 120GB M.2 SSD for games.

The issue that I'm having is that over the past year, the HDD and the M.2 drive would occasionally just disappear, meaning when I go to my computer, it would only display the C drive and I'd have to restart the computer to get the other two back. It didn't happen very often, maybe once a week.

Over the past month, this has gotten worse, with the drives disconnecting pretty much every time I start up the computer. Restarting at this point only brings the drives back for a couple of minutes before they disconnect again. 

I've tried re-seating the M.2 drive and the HDD cables, but it hasn't seemed to have worked. 

 

Any recommendations on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated because it's starting to drive me mad.
