OBS Dedicated Recording Drive

What hard drives would you recommend that OBS can record to? I like to record 1080p 60 fps PC Gameplay at 10000 bitrate. Would getting a bigger 2TB 7200rpm drive be a good choice or should I be going higher rpm for that. 

 

This HDD is meant for all recording obs files, files that will go to Adobe Premiere Pro, and go to YouTube. Also when I stream to Twitch, I like to record at the same time so those files will also go here.
