Audio Problems

Okay so i have Windows 10.

I have been having this problem since I built my computer. I can't listen to anything on earphones/headphones. I scoured YouTube for tutorials on how to fix this problem but none of the methods work. One thing that could be the problem is that when I go to sound control panel speakers show up, but not headphones. I don't have speakers. If you need any more information on the matter feel free to ask me. Also use the poll so i can see if anyone else has problems with audio on windows 10 (tell me if the poll works too).

The playback device is going to show up as "speakers". Set that as your default device.

there are multiple playback devices that say "speakers"

Set them all as your default playback device until you hear audio.
