Youtube Pls

Alright so my speedtest.com results are 12 download and 3 upload. I know it's not the best, but it should be good enough for 1080p videos on youtube. However, I'll randomly go to a video, and I can barely process 360p. I don't know what it is, but whenever it does this I'll go to speedtest and it will tell me the same speeds. It's been happening a lot lately and is becoming really annoying.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Just reload the page. Usually just a bug with how the code handles it if some of the original video packets get dropped, it assumes your connection is shit and it won't let you buffer any faster than it thinks your internet can handle.

I've tried that a lot, doesn't make a difference.
