When playing something simple like Prison Architect its at

GPU 64

When playing something like

CSGO or GTA5 no Vsync it gets up to 93

that 93 is scary. Have you tried reapplying thermal paste? it might not be seated right/ making full contact. I had high temperatures like that before but i reapplied thermal paste and made sure it was making full contact and it went back down to decent temps.

Ive been having some issues with heat on my system.

AIDA64 Stability Test

5930K @ 4.5ghz w/ H110GTX Thermal=34.3 Idle/90 Load

MSI R9 390 Thermal=57.0 Idle/95 Load

5 Case Fans/ Corsair Air 540

These temperatures seem Very Very High compared to my other systems.

Did you manualy adjust voltage or did you leave it? If it's on auto or anything, it should be manually set.

95 load for the MSI 390 is quite high - it should be around 75-80. What clocks/voltage/fan speed?

57 at idle? gesh that's hot. My r9 380 runs at 63 under load. I just noticed your cpu is at 90 under load as well. I would also recommend you check the thermal paste.

Thermal Paste is the one corsair has already on their H110GTX which works just as well as the silver I had used. and this cooler is 2 months old.

I was getting similar temperatures with my MSI 390x when I first bought it. It was dumping all the heat perpendicular to the length of the card, right into my solid side panel. I had a bitfenix shinobi with 4 fans then. I have since moved to a NZXTphantom I got for free and my temps are now 80C load and 32C ish idle (50 with two monitors active)

what's the temperature when it's in moderate use, such as browsing or light gaming? It could just be a product of the testing.

On Load it is set pretty high with the curve I have. at 85+ it runs at 100% Fan Speed

Something is not right then. That cooler is not supposed to get that high

I ruled out airflow cause im running a Corsair Air 540 with 5 140mm fans with a positive pressure.

OH WOW!

I had Arctic Silver laying around from 4 years ago and put that on the block and it dropped overall temps of all 12 threads about 10-15 degrees.

now its at low 80s! even high 70s I was told that corsair's thermal paste is just as good as anything and you wont notice a difference

I think the thermal paste made it an insalant cause there was a good amount coming off the side of the block.

Stock TIM is crap in 50% of the cases - AMD and Intel use good paste cause they have to idiot-proof their products (no offense) whereas Corsair don't have to be as meticulous. Same for MSI
