Microphone Issue

So I just got my new microphone (Neewer NW-700). It's a pretty good mic and I have tested it with multiple recordings and it sounds amazing, especially with skype and teamspeak.

Now here my issue:

When I'm playing CS:GO and I press the push to talk button, there is a heavy farting/buzzing noise that everyone else can hear. I've used the loopback command to hear myself and I sound horrid. 

Now, a temporary solution to fix is to use teamspeak whilst I game with my friends. Well, when I use teamspeak and play CS, the buzzing sound carries over from the game to teamspeak. When I alt tab out or close the game, it vanishes. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it so much!

I have an XLR to XLR cable, one in my mic then the other to my phantom power supply, then another xlr to audio jack to my realtek audio port on my mobo.

What audio interface do you have?

I'm quite a noob at audio so pardon if I say anything wrong. I'm using my motherboard realtek HD audio microphone port. I have also tried the front port too.

You mention a phantom power supply. What model is it?

I'm no expert either on sound to be honest but I know someone on this forum who can help
